You must be at least 62 years old to live at St. Camillus. We have residents in their 60’s to 100 years old, but you must be at least 62 years old to live at St. Camillus.

Independent Living is 100% private pay. There is a required application that includes among other things, disclosure of some financial information. Every apartment has a refundable 90% entrance fee based on square footage. The fees range from $112,000 to over $650,000. Monthly fees are also based on apartment size and range from $2011 to $6813 for a single occupant. This is a monthly $798 second person fee.

Our Revitalize Wellness Nurse is available during business hours for blood pressure or wellness checks as well as help navigating the health care system. Our Home Health & Hospice Team can provide everything from washing and changing sheets to medication reminders to nursing care to Hospice services. The IPW Clinic (Independent Physicians of Wisconsin) located in Independent Living and provides our residents access to a doctor and a nurse practitioner twice a week.

A $250 culinary spend is included in the monthly and the second person fee. The culinary spend can be used for resident and guest meals in any of our 4 dining venues. Click below to see a list of what is included in our monthly fees.

We do not have a waitlist; there is apartment availability in both the East and West Residences. We do, however, have the Avventuras program where, for a fee, members are given priority admission to all areas of campus. Members also have access to all of our dining venues, life enrichment outings and programs, and the Revitalize Wellness Center.

Our apartment homes can be modified. Residents work with our Design Center team and our renovation professionals do the work.

We have 2 guest apartments that can be reserved for a fee.
