Our 4 star rated Skilled Nursing facility offers short-term rehab patients a place to gain strength and independence before returning to their residence and offers long-term residents a safe, comfortable and attentive environment to call home. Our Skilled Nursing staff includes a medical director, nurse practitioner, registered and licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, occupational, physical and speech therapists, social workers, dieticians, and chaplains. Hospice care is given by our exceptional team of professionals.
